The PEDF photovoltaic storage direct-flexible demonstration microgrid independently developed and built by the company innovatively integrates the three core modules of photovoltaic power generation, intelligent energy storage systems, and flexible power consumption to build a "smart hub" for the independent supply and dynamic allocation of energy in the park. This system can realize real-time response to electricity demand: during the day, the green electricity converted from solar energy is given priority to the production workshop and office area, and the remaining electricity is efficiently stored in the energy storage system, reducing energy waste from the source; when the peak electricity consumption comes or the power grid fluctuates, the energy storage system quickly discharges and replenishes energy with a response speed of milliseconds, ensuring the stability and continuity of power supply, completely breaking the passive situation of traditional park energy supply.
On this basis, InBev Intelligent Storage has further upgraded to create a zero-carbon factory with light storage, diesel charging and innovative integration of emergency power supply and new energy vehicle charging functions, forming a full-scenario energy closed loop of "light storage complementation + emergency support + green travel". At present, the factory's self-generated electricity consumption reaches a maximum of more than 98%, nearly achieving "zero carbon emissions". It has not only become a benchmark for the company's own green production, but also provides a replicable and promoteable zero-carbon transformation model for various industrial enterprises, accelerating the process of industrial green upgrading.
