When the "double carbon" goal becomes a must-answer for corporate sustainable development, how to reduce carbon emissions while ensuring production and operation efficiency and achieving a win-win situation of economic and environmental benefits? InBev Electric relies on years of deep technical expertise in the fields of power electronics and new energy to launch an overall solution for zero-carbon parks. From the implemented optical storage microgrid demonstration project to the innovative and upgraded hydrogen storage linkage and thermal power synergy solution, InBev Electric provides customers with a full-cycle green transformation path covering "current feasibility" and "future expansion".

PEDF photovoltaic storage direct-flexible demonstration microgrid: building a park energy "smart hub"

InBev Electric has been deeply involved in the power electronics industry for more than 20 years, and has independently developed and produced leading high-performance PCS and EMS. Be the first to independently build the PEDF photovoltaic storage direct-flexible demonstration microgrid. Integrate the three core modules of photovoltaic power generation, energy storage system, and flexible power consumption to form a "smart hub" for independent energy supply and intelligent deployment in the park. This microgrid can match the power demand of the park in real time, giving priority to supplying green power converted from solar energy to production and office scenes. Excess power is stored in the energy storage system to avoid energy waste. During peak hours of power consumption, the energy storage system quickly discharges energy to ensure stable power supply. This system not only realizes the efficient utilization of energy in stages, but also frees the park's energy supply from its sole dependence on the traditional power grid, laying a solid foundation for subsequent zero-carbon operations.

Light-storage, diesel-fuel and zero-carbon factory: a new paradigm of near-zero emission production

On the basis of the microgrid, InBev Electric has further expanded its zero-carbon factory with solar energy storage, diesel fuel charging, and integrated emergency power supply and new energy vehicle charging functions to form a full-scenario energy solution of "solar energy storage complementation + emergency protection + green travel". At present, the factory's self-generated electricity consumption ratio is as high as over 98%, which means that most of the park's electricity needs can be met by its own green energy supply, and is close to achieving "zero carbon emissions." From the operation of equipment in the production workshop, to the daily lighting of office buildings, to the charging needs of new energy vehicles in the factory, all can be efficiently covered through photovoltaic power generation and energy storage systems, truly achieving parallel production and environmental protection, and providing a model that can be directly used as a reference for the zero-carbon transformation of industrial enterprises.

Upgrading of innovative solutions: Hydrogen storage linkage and thermal power synergy to expand the zero-carbon boundary

Based on the existing optical storage microgrid technology, InBev Electric further explores the innovative path of "electricity-hydrogen-heat" multi-energy integration, and uses hydrogen energy storage and combined heat and power technology to make up for the limitations of traditional electric energy storage and achieve efficient full-cycle utilization of the energy system.

1. Hydrogen energy storage system: On the basis of existing electric energy storage, hydrogen energy storage modules are innovatively introduced to build a closed-loop system of "photovoltaic power generation - electrolysis of water for hydrogen production - fuel cell power generation". When the photovoltaic power generation is large and the electric energy storage is saturated, the excess electric energy drives the electrolyzer to produce hydrogen, and the green electricity is stored in the form of hydrogen energy for a long time (breaking through the time limit of a few hours, enabling storage from days to weeks or even across quarters). When electricity consumption peaks or the output of photovoltaic and electric storage energy is insufficient, When sufficient, the fuel cell converts hydrogen energy into electrical energy, quickly replenishing the power gap, and forming a "short-term + long-term" synergistic response mechanism with electrical energy storage. The introduction of the hydrogen energy storage system further improves the utilization rate of photovoltaic power generation and increases the stability of the entire microgrid system.

2. Combined heat and power design: Combined with the hydrogen energy storage system, innovatively design the "electricity-heat" collaborative utilization model to maximize energy value. The waste heat generated during the electrolysis of water to produce hydrogen and the waste heat generated by fuel cells (temperature is about 60-80°C) are collected through the waste heat recovery device and used to supplement heat load scenarios such as park heating, production process heating, and domestic hot water. Improve the comprehensive energy utilization efficiency of hydrogen energy storage systems to more than 90%.

Nearly zero carbon emissions help companies seize green opportunities

InBev Electric's zero-carbon park plan is centered on "high proportion of green electricity for self-use". Through the deep integration of photovoltaic power generation, energy storage systems, intelligent management and control, and hydrogen storage linkage, it can help customers significantly reduce their dependence on fossil energy and easily achieve carbon emission reduction goals. Whether it is responding to the national "double carbon" policy requirements, or improving the company's green brand image and enhancing market competitiveness, this solution can provide strong support for customers.

Independent and controllable energy, reducing operating cost risks

The self-consumption rate of more than 98% means that customers can significantly reduce the proportion of purchased electricity and effectively avoid the cost risks caused by fluctuations in electricity prices. At the same time, the peak and valley arbitrage function of the energy storage system can further optimize the cost of electricity; the emergency power supply module can ensure production continuity during extreme weather or power grid failures, and protect the stable operation of enterprises; the application of hydrogen energy storage systems and cogeneration technology will further improve the utilization rate of self-generated power, and increase the stability and flexibility of the entire microgrid system through multi-energy complementation.
